Confessions of a Rock 'n' Roll Name-Dropper: My Life Leading Up to John Lennon's Last Interview.  is my memoir - the story of my rock radio related life and career wrapped around what tragically turned out to be John Lennon's final interview, which I co-conducted for RKO Radio on December 8, 1980 at the Dakota ! Our time together ended mere hours before John was shot and killed, which is why I still consider it to be both the best and worst day of my entire life !  My book also covers my dysfunctional family upbringing, my experience as a teen runaway, my UC college experience in both Santa Cruz and Berkeley, plus my time living and studying dance on Bali in Indonesia !  I also describe how and when I became a radio news anchor, rock special writer and producer ! My book also features descriptions and quotes from many of my awesome interviews - everyone from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Grace Slick, Talking Heads, The Ramones, David Bowie, Mick Jagger and Little Richard Benniman !
