I am a true ‘Yorkshire lass’, as they say, born and bred in Sheffield.

 My love of reading was present from childhood and in particular, poems and limericks.  My favourite authors are James Rice, Fay Weldon and Martin Amis.

 My previous publications are ‘An Ordinary Life, a biographical story (By Karen Smith – prior to my pen name), written in the third person and Black Sheep which details the life of a little girl within an abusive and fractured family setting, and her eventual escape into the real world.

 As an established author, I take great pleasure in all things literary.  I have written and submitted several short stories, and I am now penning outlines for my fourth and fifth titles.
