Great quick read book, Joes enthusiasm is so refreshing to read about. He writes about a time when employee loyalty and employer appreciation were a wonderful partnership. Joe so accurately describes why FedEx is such a wonderful company. I too am a FedEx retiree. I remember Joe well and appreciated his personal qualities, always a smile and showing appreciation. I relate to so much of what he writes about.
